Team

Daniel Plumlee

Daniel started his career in the Washington, DC office of Lincoln Property Company, working on the acquisition and development of office and mixed-use properties. In 2017, Daniel joined Velocis, a Dallas-based private equity real estate manager, where he became Director of Acquisitions for their series of flagship value-add funds, acquiring office, multi-family, medical office, and life science buildings throughout the Sunbelt and Washington, D.C. metro area. He has a B.A. from the University of Virginia.

Andrew Rafkin

Andrew started his career in banking with JPMorgan Chase in New York City. In 2014, he joined WM Capital Partners in New York City, an opportunistic distressed debt investment firm where he acquired and originated over $500 million of deals that realized strong investment returns. He moved to Arena Investors, LP in 2018, where he originated and acquired over $1 billion of structured financings on all types of properties located in the US and overseas. He has a B.A. in Economics from Vanderbilt University.

Bill Rafkin

Bill started his career as a leasing agent for Trammell Crow Company and has worked in development, acquisitions, and dispositions for Westwood Residential, KDC, Panattoni Development Company, and Cypress Real Estate Advisors. He has also worked as an independent advisor to Hillwood Investment Properties and First Washington Realty. In 2011 he formed a credit fund with a prominent family office, which was the predecessor of Hollow Way Partners. He has an A.B. degree, cum laude, and an MBA degree, both from Harvard University.
